The PEI will notify the Student within three (3) working days upon knowledge of any of the following:
The Student should be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already paid should the Student decide to withdraw, within seven (7) working days of the above notice.

If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated in Clause 2.1, the PEI will, within seven (7) working days of receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal, refund to the Student an amount based on the table in Schedule D.
All local students will need to enter a Standard Student Contract with the school upon confirmation on enrolment.

All complaints must be lodged in with written letters and drop into “Feedback & Complaint Box” which placed at the side of the main entrance. You may like to email your feedback and complaint to enquiry@toniinternational.com personally. The following service level agreement will be observed by the school in resolving complaints:
i) Acknowledgement for complaints received via Student Feedback Form within 3 working days.
ii) Complaints to be resolved within 14 working days upon receipt and for those complex cases where resolution may take more than 14 days; the student will be informed promptly on the progress of the case.
In the event that the student and the school are unable to resolve a dispute in accordance with the grievance/complaint procedure, the student and the school will refer the dispute to Committee for Private Education (CPE).
The school observes strict confidentiality standards for safeguarding information of our students. We will not disclose student’s information to external parties unless we have the student’s consent or are required by law.
