As our valued students, we committed to provide the following:

    • All our courses are taught in accordance to course curriculum.
    • All our instructors are well trained and have the required experience, qualifications and competency to conduct courses.
    • To maintain a teacher-student ratio of 1:20
    • To protect our students against non-conformance of course guidelines.
    • Full refund in the event that the school is unable to continue business due to insolvency and/or regulatory closure and/or termination of course before completion dates.
  • All courses shall commence on the scheduled dates. If there should be unavoidable delay in the commencement date, we shall give advance notice of at least 7 days.

Transfer Policy

    • All requests for Transfer must be made in writing and submitted together with duly completed “Change of Student Status Form” and with support documentary evidence.
    • Request for transfer will only be considered if made at least 3 days before the commencement of the course.
    • Any student who transfers from the course to another course with the school shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the course and the provisions of clause 8.4 (Refund Policy) of the Student Handbook shall apply.
    • Request for transfer is subjected to approval by the school.

Withdrawal Policy

    • All requests for Withdrawal must be made in writing and submitted together with duly completed “Change of Student Status Form” and with support documentary evidence.
    • For student who pays the fees in installment, withdrawal from the course is allowed by giving one month notice to the school.
  • For student who pays the fees in full in the beginning, withdrawal from the course is allowed and the refund is based on the Refund Policy.

    • Request for deferment must be made in writing and submitted together with duly completed “Change of Student Status Form” and with supporting documentary evidence.
    • All requests for deferment of course will only be considered if made at least 3 days before the commencement of the course.
    • Deferment of the course is allowed only ONCE to the next available commencement date within a maximum period of ONE year.
  • Request for deferment is subjected to approval by the school.

100 % of the tuition fees and non-tuition fees will be refunded:

    • if the school fails, for any reason, to commence the Course on the Commencement Date;
    • if the school fails, for any reason, to complete the Course by the Completion Date;
    • if the school terminates the Course for any reason prior to the completion of the Course;
    • if the school is in material breach of its obligations under the Student Contract;
    • if the school shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the Student’s notice of withdrawal (and in any event no more than fourteen (14) days after receiving such notice) refund to the Student

Upon receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal, only tuition fees will be refund as follows:

Percentage % – If Student’s written notice of withdrawal is received
100%                   – More than [30] days before the Commencement Date
75%                      – Before, but not more than [30] days before the Commencement Date
25%                      – After, but not more than [5] days after the Commencement Date
10%                      – More than [5] days after the Commencement Date, but not more than [7] days after the Commencement Date
0%                        – More than [7] days after the Commencement Date

All local students will need to enter a Standard Student Contract with the school upon confirmation on enrolment.

Note: CPE is part of SkillFuture Singapore (SSG).

We value all feedbacks and comments and handle all complaints seriously and address them in accordance to our complaint procedure:

All complaints must be lodged in with written letters and drop into “Feedback & Complaint Box” which placed at the side of the main entrance. You may like to email your feedback and complaint to enquiry@toniinternational.com personally. The following service level agreement will be observed by the school in resolving complaints:

i) Acknowledgement for complaints received via Student Feedback Form within 3 working days.

ii) Complaints to be resolved within 14 working days upon receipt and for those complex cases where resolution may take more than 14 days; the student will be informed promptly on the progress of the case.

In the event that the student and the school are unable to resolve a dispute in accordance with the grievance/complaint procedure, the student and the school will refer the dispute to Committee for Private Education (CPE).

The school observes strict confidentiality standards for safeguarding information of our students. We will not disclose student’s information to external parties unless we have the student’s consent or are required by law.
